Has it ever hit you that you can actually play video games and get paid for rating the game? The only reason why many people avoid this type of work is because there are so many scam sites that just take your cash for your membership and you never hear from them again. Not only does that tick people off but it makes it harder for the real sites because people start considering them as scams as well. Why? Well because the scam sites are always nice and have a good layout and they make the site look like a professionally one while the real ones that are actually going to pay you to test games are not so professionally designed. All in all, the same rule applies to site ( do not judge a book by its cover ).

There are only two ways that you can become a game tester and those are:

1. If you know someone that works for a company that developes games such as Ubisoft or Ea. This is not the case for most people.
2. This is the one that applies to the general public. Get a membership at game testing sites as it is those sites that communicate with game developing companies but be aware because you do not want to end up in a scam.

Why Do Companies Pay Me To Become A Game Tester?

They pay you to see if the game they have made is good enough to be released because they do not want to spend millions in advertising and then find out that there game is not good. They think it is better to pay 50$ then to loose millions!
